How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the 'Track Order' button in your order confirmation email, or by visiting the 'My Orders' page in your account and entering your tracking number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, please contact the vendor directly through the order details page.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary by vendor and location. Most vendors offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. You can check specific delivery times on each vendor's page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Some vendors also accept cash on delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately after placing your order. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Each vendor has their own return policy, but most accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Fresh produce and perishable items have different policies.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Return Item'. Follow the instructions to print a return label or arrange for pickup.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

How do I reset my password?
Click on 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my delivery address?
Go to 'My Account' > 'Addresses' to add, edit, or delete delivery addresses. You can also update your address during checkout.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
